Surrounded by the tranquillity of the island, it offers a spectacular view through panoramic windows, including sand dunes, the coast and part of the Algarve mountain range. In addition to Sea Bream, White Bream, Grouper and other totally fresh types of fish, the restaurant serves Cockles, Shrimps, Cuttlefish and traditional salads such as Tuna or Octopus Estupetas, prepared according to in-house recipes or fine-tuned with the experience of many Algarvian generations. The Estaminé also has a snack-bar where sandwiches, ice-creams, jugs of sangria and soft drinks are available and can be taken to the beach.

With a wide offer in traditional algarvian cuisine shared by the people throughout the centuries, from the use of dry and salty products original from the Roman occupation, which had a growing fishing, salt extraction and conservation industry to the freshness of coal grilled fish. Clams, shrimps and all of the Ria Formosa’s own sea fruits are also a much appreciated delicacy.
