Wending our way through 10km of channels, we skim over the waters of the Ria Formosa as we sail to a completely isolated spot on the country’s southernmost tip. Here, the frothy blue Atlantic embraces the dunes that stretch for as far as the eye can see. Our senses are soothed by birdsong and the subtle aromas wafting from the plants, as we immerse ourselves in the perfect light.
We complete our experience at a table in the “Estaminé” Restaurant, at one with the enveloping panorama of the wonderful scenery, while sampling the specialities on the excellent menu. Sated, the sensation is one of boundless pleasure.
